• Contest period
  The contest runs until 10/10-2025 at 12:00 CET/CEST. The winner will be selected 30 days after the contest ends, once all orders have been shipped and the return period has expired. The winner will be contacted via e-mail or Instagram after the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Care of Carl reserves the right to appoint a new winner.
• Eligibility
  The contest is open to persons aged 18 or older. Employees of Care of Carl and their immediate family members are not eligible. Open to participants from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany.
• How to enter

  Participation is simple: Engage to collect entries — the more entries you have, the greater your chance of being drawn as the winner. 

  How to collect entries: 

  - Like our Instagram post → 5 entries
  
  - Tag your friend in a comment → 1 entry* 
  
  - Subscribe to our newsletter → 30 entries** 
  
  - Shop in our store during the campaign period, for every 10 EUR spent → 1 entry*** 
  

  To participate, you must also follow our Instagram account (@careofcarl). Subscribe to the newsletter via the registration box above.  

  * You can comment and tag multiple friends, but a maximum of 100 entries per participant will be awarded via comments. 

  ** Voluntary participation. Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and not a requirement to participate or win. 

  ***Voluntary participation. Purchases in the store are not required to participate or win. Applies to purchases made during the campaign period. A maximum of 70 entries per participant will be awarded via purchases, up to a total order value of 700 EUR. Entries from purchases are calculated on net product value in SEK; purchases in other currencies are converted on the order date. Returns/cancellations reduce the number of entries. Entries from purchases do not guarantee a win but only increase the number of entries linked to your participation.  

  Maximum entries per participant: 235 

  - Like our Instagram post = 5 entries  
  
  - Comment/tag up to 100 accounts = 100 entries
  
  - Newsletter subscription = 30 entries
  
  - Purchases retained for 700 EUR during the period = 70 entries
  

  Circumventing this limit through multiple accounts, fake profiles, or manipulation is not allowed.

• Drawing and prize
  The prize is drawn through an impartial, random selection (random generator) among all valid entries and documented internally.  
  
  The prize consists of a Rolex Datejust (value 42, 000 DKK). 
  
  The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Taxes may apply according to the winner’s country of residence. Any tax declaration is the winner’s responsibility.
• Personal data
  Personal data is handled according to Care of Carl’s privacy policy.
• Responsibility
  Care of Carl reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the rules or act improperly. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta. By participating, you release Instagram/Meta from all responsibility related to the contest.
